So be sure to make it to the very bottom of the post where you will find links to go see a ton of wonderful inspiration!!

Today I will share one last fun craft that was Pinterest Inspired… Being Valentine’s Day, I decided to make the most of the craft and make it a gift for my son’s teachers!!

For this craft you only need a handful of supplies!!

  • Terracotta Pots
  • Spray Paint { I used Amy Howard’s Lacquer White}
  • Mod Podge
  • Scrapbook Paper
  • Foam Sponge
  • Chalkboard Stickers
  • Chalkboard Pennants
  • Twine
  • 2 skewers
  • Washi Tape
  • Paint Pen
  • Hershey’s Kisses

I started by spraying the inside and outside rim White.  I used Amy Howard’s Lacquer White I had left over from another project.

Then after completely drying I took a piece of scrapbook paper and cut into 3 inch strips and then again into random sized rectangles and brushed on the Mod Podge to the back of paper and the terracotta pot.  Pressing firmly and rubbing out any air bubbles. I then put a thin coat around the whole thing and let dry as I did the next pot.

Then once they were done I traced a circle and placed it on the bottom of the pot- you can skip this…. Then the fun begins… decorating!!

I wanted the pennants to stand in the pots so I used 2 skewers and wrapped them with Washi Tape- so fun!!

And placed the chalkboard labels on front!! Easy peasy project but so cute!!
