Socks for Sandy

This is a picture of Laura’s next door neighbor’s father’s home – or rather what’s
left of it – in West Creek, New Jersey, which is only 10 minutes north from here on Route 9.

Socks for Sandy was created by fellow blogger {Laura Khulmann from The Shed and a member of Hometalk}. Laura’s home was spared from the mass devestation but all around her wasn’t so lucky.  She tells her story here. The need is great and it is urgent!! So we need to act fast and get socks, hats, or gloves to the people who have lost everything!! Especially with a new storm system coming their way.  I can’t imagine not walking thru my TX home without my cozy slippers, so take that temp down a lot and they just want to be warm and dry!! We can help!! Will you??
