I love decorating for parties… but it can get so expensive and quite frankly some of the decorations out there are just sooo cheesy!! I whipped up this banner, that I hope to use for all occasions we have a party!! I used the cutest polka dotted fabric I picked up in the remnants area and a coordinating ribbon from my stash!! The letters are paper cut with my Cricut and the ovals behind area also cut with my Cricut (Storybook cartridge). I stitched them on with embroidery floss and just love the results!!
