Happy Wednesday!!

Tuesday was such a great day!! I am so excited for the future of Vintage Charm Restored!! I have been blessed in such a short time to have such wonderful clients and the ability to do what I love to do right here from home!! But I am quickly filling up the calendar and my garage and needing more space!! I couldn’t be more thrilled than to take a leap of faith and act on the nudge that I know God is putting on my heart. I prayed when I started this, I would find someone who I could work with and do this with and even one day have a store front!! I think we are almost there! I have been blessed to meet a sweet woman who loves the Lord and paint!! And can you believe she is just a few streets away from me? Woohooo!!

So today was an awesome day. I met with 2 wonderful clients. One I met thru facebook on a late night like tonight. I am honored to be doing her nursery and several other pieces for her!! Thank you Lindsay for that trust!! And then I sold the lovely table below to two sisters who are the owners of 2 successful Tea Rooms in the Dallas area and they are opening the 3rd. I am going to be doing their chairs for them and have a wonderful French Provincial server that I am going to be painting up for them!! Clearing stuff out and bringing a load of chairs in!! The wonderful part is they gave us a tip on a spot we could go check out tomorrow!! I can’t wait!!
But in meeting with Lindsay today, I really realized I HAVE to paint up my pretties that I got for my dining room!! It was so pretty before and it’s where I have been meeting all my clients- well now it’s all new Old beautiful pieces but they need some attention!! So, I think I’ll be moonlighting a little later than usual to do that soon!! Did I mention it’s midnight already…

Here are a couple of those I need to do!! But what color? The table is a French Provincial piece as well with 8 chairs and 2 leafs. I think I want to do the chairs in a layered shabby look of country grey, duck egg- not sure which on top but thinking country grey. Skirt the cushions in a pattern or linen?? I’m so not sure- so maybe it’s good I don’t have time to paint.. You can help!! Leave a comment and let me know what you think!! {{ Walls are Eddie Bauer Coffee on top and Martha Stewart Sarkey Grey on bottom}}

This was in my entry until I sold old buffet. It now is in it’s home. That awesome foot board above it I upcycled!! It’s my old bed from my childhood which was my grandmother’s mothers!! LOVE!!

This is the china hutch I got when I sold the other!!

Thanks for stopping in!! Pics soon of all the projects!!
